IMD Business School is doing a case study about Scandic Hotel’s People strategy.
In October 2018 IMD in Lausanne contacted Scandic. We were invited to give a presentation at the 2018 EFMD Executive Development Conference. After this IMD has learned more about the Scandic Empowering journey and this has now resulted in a case study to be published as learning material for Business Schools all around Europe, as well as an Academic paper.
