�A little over a year ago I came across an article at The Strad about Eugène Ysaÿe’s formerly unknown Sonata posthume discovered inside the composer’s book of sketches. The manuscript was found at the library of the Brussels Conservatory and was made available online. I got not just excited but totally obsessed, started learning it the next day. It looked and sounded so complex and beautiful. Instantly I knew that the missing piece of the puzzle was found. The most perfect addition to the album
