INTRODUCING Robotic Wearable Fragrance Dress & Suit: upon interacting with the design via a playful and visual Qualtrics Experience Management platform on the model’s arm, capsules stored in the model’s 3D printed (SLS, PA-12) shoulder-piece are being released through servo valves. The transparent capsules holding the bottles fall into the model’s hand, and are then placed on a built-in conveyor belt at the model’s chest (based on a stepper motor), filled with the respective ingredients and handed to the participant. The fragrance design stores ingredients divided in head, body and base notes that allows for the possibility of several different mixes. We worked with perfumer Laurent Le Guernec of International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) – an innovator of sensory experiences – to create the personalized fragrances. Collaboration between @cirquedusoleil @SAP and @anoukwipprecht and a thank you to @frankhelpin for yet another fun project together. #FashionTech #RoboticCouture #NYFW

BACKGROUND: Qualtrics by SAP collects and analyzes participant’s input to create a unique experience – a personalized fragrance or elixir: cocktail or non -alcoholic beverage – based on responses from each individual. These designs, demonstrate the future of fashion and the fan experience by using audience interaction to create a custom experience.
